History
Founded in 1986, The Rose Center for Breast Health Excellence has served nearly 800,000 patients. Established with the goal of providing breast health services regardless of a woman's ability to pay, the center has grown substantially over the years. In 2024, it was named Non-Profit of the Year by the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.
Facilities and Technology
The Rose Center for Breast Health Excellence operates five Mammography Coaches and Diagnostic Imaging Centers. They employ board-certified radiologists and specialized technical staff to ensure high-quality service. The center uses advanced digital imaging technology and 3D mammography to aid in early detection and treatment of breast cancer.
Funding and Recognition
In January 2024, The Rose Center for Breast Health Excellence received funds from the Montgomery County Community Foundation. The center also hosts annual fundraising events, such as the Booze and Boobs event, which achieved record-breaking fundraising in January 2024. These efforts and recognitions highlight the community’s support and the center's commitment to breast health excellence.
Mobile Mammography
