Services Provided by TROSA
TROSA offers a range of services at no cost to its residents. These services include housing, meals, clothing, and health services. TROSA also provides vocational and life skills training, mentorship, counseling, and continuing care services. They offer individual and group therapies to address issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. Additionally, TROSA ensures that residents without a high school diploma or GED take an adult literacy or GED class after six months in the program.
Social Enterprises
TROSA operates several social enterprises which not only help support their programs but also provide vocational training for residents. These enterprises include TROSA Moving & Storage, TROSA Lawn Care, TROSA Thrift Store, and TROSA Tree Lots. Through these businesses, residents gain practical work experience and learn valuable skills that aid their reintegration into the community.
TROSA Triad Campus
TROSA has expanded its operations with the new campus in Winston-Salem known as TROSA Triad. The maximum capacity for the TROSA Triad campus will be 200 beds. This new site aims to provide the same comprehensive treatment and recovery services as their main facility. The campus includes amenities for therapeutic groups, classes, communal dining, exercise, and socializing.
