Career Training Programs
Twin Cities Rise! offers a variety of career-focused training programs designed to enhance personal empowerment and practical skills. These programs include specialized tracks such as Diesel Technician and Customer Service. The primary objective of these programs is to equip individuals with the necessary tools to double or even triple their annual income upon graduation.
Empowerment Institute
The Empowerment Institute within Twin Cities Rise! is renowned for its Personal Empowerment training. Aside from benefiting the organization's participants, this training is also offered to external organizations. Recognized as one of the 12 premiere partners by SixSeconds, the Empowerment Institute focuses on enhancing personal and professional capabilities through its carefully structured training programs.
Impact and Partnerships
Since its founding, Twin Cities Rise! has served over 15,000 individuals through its core and additional programs. The organization partners with over 150 hiring partners from various industries, helping graduates secure meaningful employment. In 2024, Twin Cities Rise! received a landmark $3 million donation from MacKenzie Scott, marking the largest single gift in the organization's history.
