The plan includes coordination of care, expert health guidance, nutritional advice, and behavior and lifestyle recommendations. To ensure effectiveness, WellWay wellness advisors plan preventative care, screenings, and referrals. They also analyze and track health data on a monthly basis to strategize personalized plans and monitor progress.
