The Illinois Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (IAFCC) was formed to help strengthen and grow Illinois’ free and charitable clinics – without whom over 40,000 patients would otherwise have no access to quality healthcare. The IAFCC helps free and charitable clinics move effectively into the future; connects patients with clinics; and helps many stakeholder organizations who wish to work with or help clinics. The JCFC is a completely free medical clinic located in Sonoma County, founded in 2001 with the expressed purpose of providing completely free medical care and social services to the uninsured. The JCFC offers weekly clinics all staffed by volunteers. Year after year, more than 100 volunteers donate more than $600,000 in free services by working at the JCFC.
